As part of our E-Business course, we undertook this project to enhance Planika's market position and foster deeper customer connections. Over several weeks, we meticulously analyzed Planika's strengths, weaknesses, competitors, and its brand image. Our research culminated in strategic recommendations aimed at revitalizing Planika's loyalty program. Central to our proposal is the development of a mobile app designed to streamline user access to rewards, personalize offers, and integrate interactive elements like games and quizzes. Alongside these innovations, we crafted visual designs for the app, conceptualized engaging social media content, and devised a comprehensive marketing timeline to ensure a successful launch. This project not only strengthened our understanding of digital business strategies but also demonstrated how businesses can leverage technology to engage and grow their customer base.
This research paper presents an in-depth analysis and strategic insights for Planika, a prominent company based in Bosnia. Our study delves into critical aspects essential for navigating Planika's competitive landscape and optimizing its product offerings. Conducted over eight weeks, our project spanned multiple phases, encompassing a SWOT analysis, competitor evaluation, and a detailed assessment of Planika's product differentiation and loyalty program. Additionally, we conducted a survey to gather valuable customer insights, supplemented by a PESTLE analysis focused on both Planika and its loyalty initiatives. Our visual mock-ups and promotional posters were designed to shape Planika's social media presence, aligning with our strategic recommendations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
